Tylorstown People circa 1910

Can anyone name any of these people or where the photo was taken.

The chap on the end of the left side, 2nd row down (Wearing daicap & waistcoat) might be my Great-Grandfather Rees Jones.

It does, but with a 100year old pic its a big ask.

Interesting to see group in a relaxed mood (unlike many photos of this era which were overly formal)
What kind of group?
Where taken?

My family were at Edmund Street, Tylorstown.

I was given a copy of this by a distant cousin, she does not know why or where it was taken but with a few men with picks & shovels it looks like they were working on something.

The age of the photo was worked out by the girl 3rd in from the right 2nd row up she is Mary Ann James born 1899.

I posted this just in case someone might have the same photo or has other photo's of some of the people.
