A "Welcome arch" on North Road Ferndale. Can't say when it was constructed, but the postcard it's on was posted in 1909. Anyone know in whose honour it was built? Another royal visit perhaps?

It looks like just a temporary structure, for a royal visit I presume. I've a photo showing the same arch from the other side too. I'll try to post that soon.
